Latifa Hakkou is Facility Management & EHS Director at Ipsen, a global biopharmaceutical group. With over 30 years of experience in workplace environment professions, particularly in the luxury, communications, and engineering sectors, she has been a privileged witness to the profound evolution of the field. Latifa joined Arseg (the French association of Facility Management leaders) in 1995. She played an active role in much of the transformation of this unique network in France, which has represented the profession for nearly fifty years. From 2020 to 2023, she was elected president of the association, which, under her leadership, became IDET (the association of Workplace Environment professionals).
